Nancy has more than 40 years of sales and customer experience in a variety of industries. She spent the past 14 years selling software technology to multi-billion-dollar corporations and retired in 2018, only to rejoin the workforce to go into business with her son and launch Midwest Insurance Resources. In her spare time, she enjoys assisting others who are less fortunate, as well as spending time with her dog, Sam, and new granddaughter, Piper.

Tyler has been successfully selling Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance for several years, and is licensed in multiple states.  In addition to other positions held prior to starting his own agency, he worked for a large insurance corporation, as well as a small private agency where he was able to offer multiple carriers to his clients.  This first-hand knowledge gained by experiencing both sides of the insurance business has proven to be extremely useful.  In his spare time, Tyler trains in Muay Thai Kickboxing where he’s a member of the fight team and has attained a record of 4-0. He also enjoys spending time with his 2 dogs, Poncho and Garth.
